How Do You

Promote

Your Business.

If you would like to get beaten down and battered trying promote your home based business, keep tying to recruit broke people that have no business or social skills. Many people who are promoting a network marketing business opportunity tend to to recruit DOWN,They recruit people that are less socially connected or that have less money. Recruiting for your business that way is a sure fire way to constantly have to agonize about who is going to stay on autoship, answer questions about their skepticism, and in general get frustrated with the complete home based business model. What if I told you there is a easier way to recruit? What if you were able prospect and recruit people who already work on a commission basis that cut their umbilical cord to a salary check years ago? Folks that are hungry for success and HIGHER on the social economic ladder. For many of you, this will be a major breakthrough in reciting…

Everyone wants to be successful right?

Maybe that is why many of us tend to target those that NEED something to change in their life by recruiting down the financial ladder. What is wrong with targeting those type of people is that typically, not always, those that are really struggling financially also have the highest degree of belief that the world is out to get them and everything is a scam. Also they are easily influenced by others that may suggest what they are doing is not in their best interest. Most business professionals do not fall into that way of “stinking thinking” quite as easily. They don’t usually let others influence their decisions as easily. Would you rather have 2-3 business professionals that understand and already know and believe that they can be successful, or bring in 30-50 people who simply don’t understand business and how operate in a professional way? Don’t get me wrong here, any person with any background can build a thriving home based business, but, I have witnessed an easier way for those who are already in the professional services industry so why not target them?

One of my mentors  Todd Falcone , recorded a webinar on this recruiting method. Todd is well-known for teaching how to target professionals for any network marketing business opportunity. Todd is an expert at cold calling professionals and locating those interested in making additional money outside of their profession. I want to point out, that Todd Falcone DOES NOT teach general prospecting, he ONLY teaches how to target professionals. And the great thing about the methods he uses to locate these leads is totally free. He actually has pre written scripts that you can use to recruit professionals, and teaches you a way to locate and prospect an UNLIMITED amount of leads at ZERO cost. I learned a lot from him in this webinar and I think you will too. I want to give you FREE access to this exclusive training webinar that you can’t get anywhere else unless you pay for it. Todd does have a product he talks about at the end of the video but whether that is for you or not is besides the point, if you want to learn how to explode your home based business by recruiting professionals, fill out the form below and you will get instant access to the webinar recording.

If you’re reading this article, chances are you’ve heard of a fairly new home based business that launched back on August of 2009, called Numis Network. And maybe you are wondering if this will be another network marketing or MLM scam or is it a legitimate business where you can make good money and is worth a serious look. Before I join or spend time marketing a new home business opportunity, I always research whats known as the 3 P’s.

1.The Product

2.The People Who Are

Involved

3.The Pay Plan

When I fist saw the product that they are promoting I was refreshingly surprised. It was a product that everyone would like to have more of. A product that actually has increased in value over time. A product that you wouldn’t mind talking about or showing to your family and friends. And its also a product that has virtually “ZERO” competition in network marketing industry. Currently there are less than 13,000 people in entire company. And they are the only company in the network marketing industry with this product. The yearly sales volume for the product over 100 billion dollars world wide and over 10 billion in the United States alone. So their is definitely a high demand for it.

So what exactly is their product?

Money, yes I said money. The product is gold and silver graded coins. Government issue gold numismatic gold and silver collectible coins. “Mint State 70 Graded Coins” like the American Silver Eagle, the Australian Kookaburra, the Canadian Maple Leaf, the Australian Koala, the Chinese Panda and and many other government issued graded gold and silver coins. Here’s what they are not, they are not a precious medal investment program. They are not a consumable, a fruit juice, a protein powder, a gas additive or a website. They are revolutionizing and pioneering this category of numismatics which is $100B industry, which has never been done before in home based business industry.

The people behind the product.

The three founders of this company are Ian Cordell, Chris Kent and Jake Kevorkian. Together they have over 60 years of combined experience in network marketing. Ian and Chris actually launched Optimal Telecom back in the 90s, built that up to 350,000 customers with 100,000 reps and then sold it. So they’ve actually been reps. They’ve been in your shoes ; they’ve been in my shoes. Jake was actually the number one earner in a network marketing company called Vaxa. He ended up buying that company, sold off his rights back in 2007.
The thing that’s most profound about these guys is that they also own a company named IDSTC. Which stands for International Direct Selling Technology Corporation.

This company has created software and compensation plans for over 400 different network marketing companies for the past 10 years. The software they developed runs the back offices and tracks the compensation plan for the company’s that use them. So they have seen what works and more importantly what doesn’t when come to a compensation plan. When they launched the NUMIS NETWORK, they choose the most lucrative compensation plan available in network marketing.

They have also partnered up with the number one salesman of numismatic coins in world. This gentleman is Mike Mezack. Mike has sold over 1 billion dollars worth of numismatic collectible coins over the last 20 years. Last year alone he sold $100 Million worth of collectible graded coins on the Home Shopping Network, working only 8 hours a month. I don’t know about you, but I don’t rush home to watch the Home Shopping Network or record it to watch later. If he can sell $100M worth of collectible numismatic coins to channel surfers, do you think there is a demand in market for this? So imagine going into an industry and you get the number one salesman in the world right from the beginning.

The Pay Plan.

Their compensation plan is the first in network marketing history to combine both a Coded Bonus along with a Binary plan. This is the most lucrative pay plan I have come across in the industry. I’ve exposed this the Numis pay plan to veterans and leaders in network marketing, individuals who have 30 years experience in network marketing. Even they are saying this is the finest compensation plan they’ve ever seen.

So let me ask you a question , If I knock on your door and I say hello I’m Craig with Antioxidant Juice and I have a truck full of juice bottles and you can have as many as you want. How many are you going to take? Two, three, four? What if I knocked on that same door and I say, I’m Craig with Numis Network and I have a truck load of graded gold and silver coins for you , take as much as you’d like. How many are you going to take then? You’re going to take every single one. You’re going to tear my upholstery, look under the seats, check my pockets, and get your wheelbarrow. You’re going to take every single one. They’re actually the ultimate consumable because you just can’t have enough of these.

While it’s still early on in the game, all signs point to Numis Network being the real deal and not a scam. The company’s achievement and longevity will be proven by the reception they receive from network marketers, whether they pay commissions on time and treat their reps with respect. If you enjoy building a network marketing business, I recommend that you take a look.

The Importance of Search

Engines

It is the search engines that ultimately bring your website to the attention of the potential customers. After a subject (keywords) is entered for search, almost instantly, the search engine will sort through the millions of websites it has indexed and show you the ones that match your subject matter. The searched matches are also ranked, so that the most relevant websites will be displayed first.  Keep in mind that a potential customer will generally only explore the leading 2-3 listings in the search results. So it is vital where your website shows up in the search engine ranking.

Further, they all make use of one of the top 6-7 search engines and these search engines launch more traffic to websites than everything else. So it all depends on which search engines the prospect uses and how they rank your site. Keywords play a crucial role further than any expensive online or offline advertising of your website.  It has been documented by surveys, that when a customer wants to find a website for information or to buy a product or service, they find their site in one of the following ways:

The leading option is they locate their site through a search engine.

Next they locate their site by clicking on a link from a different website or page that is relevant to the issue in which they are interested.

Occasionally, they get to a website by hearing about it from a friend or reading an article and then type in the link of the website.

So the the most prevalent way to discover a site, by search engine, represents more than 90% of online users. In other words, only 10% of the people searching for a website utilize methods other than search engines.

All search engines use a ranking algorithm and one of the most eminent rules in a ranking algorithm is to examine the position and frequency of keywords on a web page.  Remember that algorithms also give importance to link population amount of other web pages linking to your site. With better knowledge of search engines and how they work, you can optimize your site to rank in the search results.

How Do Search Engines Work – Web Crawlers

Since it is the search engines that will ultimately allow your website to be diplayed in the search that a person is looking for, you should to learn how these search engines in effect work and how they show information to the customer initiating a search. There are basically two types of search engines.

The primary is by robots called crawlers or spiders.  Search Engines make use of spiders to index websites. Once you submit your website pages to a search engine by completing their required submission page, the search engine spider will index your whole site. A spider is an automated program that is run by the search engine system. A spider visits a web site, looks at the content on the actual site, the site’s Meta tags, and also tracks the links that the site connects to. The spider after that returns all that information back to a central data base, where the data is indexed. It will also visit every link it finds on your website and index those sites as well. A few spiders will only index a selected number of pages on your site, so don’t create a site with 500 pages!  The spider will periodically return to the sites to check for any new or changed information. The frequency with which this happens is determined by the moderators of the search engine.

A spider is a lot like a book where it contains the table of contents, the actual content and the links and references for all the websites it locates during its search, and it possibly will index up to a million pages a day.

Example:  Excite, Lycos, AltaVista, Yahoo, Bing, and Google.

When you prompt a search engine to look at information, it is in fact searching through the index which it has produced and not really searching the Web. Various search engines deliver different rankings since not every search engine uses the same algorithm to search through the in dices. One of the things that a search engine algorithm scans for is the amount and position of keywords on a web page, but it can also detect unnatural keyword stuffing or spamdexing. Then the algorithms examine the way that pages link to other pages in the Web. By inspecting how pages link to each other, an engine can both determine what a page is about, if the keywords of the linked pages are related to the keywords on the primary page.
